Amanda Allen brings more than 15 years of national litigation experience to Stinar Lannen, where she serves as Director of Operations, specializing in building and leading the operational infrastructure necessary to support complex cases efficiently, effectively, and at scale.
As Director of Operations, Amanda works closely with attorneys and legal teams to translate case strategy into scalable operations. She oversees the systems, processes, and teams that keep large and complex matters organized and moving forward. Her ability to identify operational needs and develop practical solutions is central to her role at Stinar Lannen.
Before joining Stinar Lannen, Amanda served as the lead Senior Paralegal in numerous high-profile mass tort, class action, and institutional accountability matters, working closely alongside Parker Stinar. Through this experience, she developed extensive expertise in case management, team coordination, systems, and the day-to-day execution of sophisticated legal strategies.
Amanda’s leadership is grounded in the belief that strong operations are essential to successful case management and client representation. She brings structure and organization to complex environments, develops systems that can scale with a case, and coordinates the people, technology, and resources necessary to keep matters moving with precision while establishing a solid operational foundation.
