With a strong background in commercial law and corporate governance, Alexandra brings precision, efficiency, and strategic insight to the firm’s business and administrative functions.
Before joining Stinar Lannen, Alexandra practiced at a premier Midwest commercial litigation and corporate law firm, where she represented corporate clients in a wide range of complex business transactions, commercial disputes, and regulatory compliance matters. She later served as in-house counsel at FCA, LLC (now Stellantis), advising on high-value contracts, risk management, and transactional strategy. Earlier in her career, Alexandra gained invaluable judicial experience as a judicial intern for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. These formative roles provided her with firsthand insight into the federal judicial process and the complexities of high-stakes litigation.
At Stinar Lannen, Alexandra plays a critical leadership role in managing firm operations, coordinating transactional initiatives, and supporting large-scale litigation strategy. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to bridge legal, operational, and strategic functions—ensuring the firm operates with the precision, discipline, and forward-thinking vision that define Stinar Lannen’s national reputation.
