Amanda Allen brings more than 15 years of national litigation experience to Stinar Lannen, where she focuses on complex personal injury, mass tort, and institutional sexual abuse litigation. She has been instrumental in the strategic management of high-volume cases involving tens of thousands of survivors nationwide, helping design and implement the infrastructure necessary to move large-scale survivor litigation efficiently and effectively. Her experience spans comprehensive case intake systems, large-scale evidence development, survivor communications, and coordinated campaign management in some of the country’s most complex institutional abuse matters.

Before joining Stinar Lannen, Amanda played a key leadership role in high-profile mass tort and institutional accountability litigation, contributing to some of the nation’s largest survivor-focused settlements. Her work includes litigation on behalf of student-athletes at Northwestern University who endured sexual abuse, hazing, and racial discrimination within the university’s athletic programs. She also helped lead litigation for hundreds of survivors of sexual abuse by Dr. Fabio Ortega against major Illinois healthcare systems, including NorthShore University HealthSystem, Swedish Covenant Hospital, and Endeavor Health.

At Stinar Lannen, Amanda directs nationwide client engagement and case administration for complex class actions and mass tort proceedings. She is actively involved in the recently settled class action against Henry Ford Health, which secured a settlement exceeding $141 million for former patients of a now-incarcerated physician who secretly recorded patients during sensitive medical procedures. Amanda also serves as Lead Senior Paralegal in the pending multidistrict litigation, Jane Doe v. Weiss et al., in the Eastern District of Michigan—a consolidated data breach and Title IX action arising from misconduct by former University of Michigan football coach Matthew Weiss.

Known for her precision, operational leadership, and unwavering commitment to survivors, Amanda combines meticulous case management with compassionate client advocacy. She is deeply dedicated to ensuring that every survivor’s voice is heard and that each case is handled with professionalism, empathy, and strategic rigor.
